Leadlock provides an AI-powered voice agent platform that enables businesses to automate phone conversations, schedule appointments, and manage customer interactions. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and integrations with third-party services.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 5. Call Recording and Compliance
You acknowledge that the Service may record phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consent from call participants. Some jurisdictions require two-party consent for call recording.
6. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Leadlock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
